Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in contentious probate or related contentious trusts/estates work
• Experience managing own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills

Responsibilities

• Run own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
• Regular client contact including face-to-face meetings
• Provide tailored advice in clients' best interests
• Progress matters efficiently and keep clients updated on costs and progress
• Assist Partners with marketing initiatives and business development
• Maintain compliant, well-organised files
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all client information
