Job summary

dept is seeking a Digital Content Consultant to lead and optimise content supply initiatives in a hybrid London setting. The role focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance content creation, approval, and delivery processes across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with customers to map workflows, implement best practices, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality and customer satisfaction through cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content supply optimisation roles such as PO/PM/Lead Consultant.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical content solutions.
• Deep understanding of Content Management platforms (AEM, Workfront) from business view.
• Experience with AI, automation and generative AI in content supply.
• Experience with APIs, SaaS, cloud services and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workstreams with customers to align goals and metrics.
• Map content lifecycle from creation to distribution.
• Define AI integration objectives and guidelines.
• Design content approval workflows and roadmaps with Adobe tools.
• Analyse performance and surface insights for optimisation.
