Job summary

Aviva in Norwich, Bristol, Sheffield or York is seeking a Content and Workflow Specialist to shape how content moves across Aviva. You will support and develop Adobe Workfront and DAM platforms, helping colleagues plan, create, review and deliver content more efficiently.

Working in the Customer & Marketing function, you will be the go-to specialist for platform support, configuration and workflow improvements, collaborating with business teams and external partners to identify automation

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe DAM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflow management, business process improvement, governance and operational excellence.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical platform, process or workflow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Proven ability to support users, troubleshoot platform issues and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Knowledge of marketing operations, content management, digital asset management or automation, with an interest in continuous improvement and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Adobe Workfront and DAM platforms to help colleagues plan, create, review and deliver content efficiently.
• Provide platform support, configuration and workflow improvements for the Customer & Marketing function.
• Identify opportunities for automation and better user experiences to keep platforms effective and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with business teams, technology colleagues and external partners to deliver measurable business value.
• Support personalisation and AI-enabled ways of working through content operations enhancements.
