The role
As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll have a strong B2B copywriting background. However, you're much more than just a talented writer; you're a true consultant. You will work closely with clients to understand key stakeholders, their needs, and build lasting relationships. Your work will vary from messaging and value proposition development to outlines, drafting briefs, creating content frameworks, and drafting scripts, social media posts, blogs, web copy, and longer-form content.
This role calls for someone who is a self-starter and versatile. The ideal candidate can lead, offer guidance, share experience, and adapt as our business grows and evolves.
Key responsibilities
- Write compelling B2B content, leveraging your strong copywriting skills.
- Collaborate with and guide stakeholders on project and content planning, messaging, framework development, and delivery.
- Present ideas, work consultatively with clients, discuss creative directions, run workshops and interviews.
- Review existing client content, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend new assets and plans.
- Coordinate with creative leads in campaign and asset development.
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing platforms.
- Work with consulting and production teams to create cohesive content that meets client needs.
- Maintain quality standards across key accounts, ensuring high process, people, and product standards.
- Support business development by acting as the content expert for your key accounts.

- Translate client needs into effective content programs and plans.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content success.
- Create clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored for different audiences and platforms.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions quickly.
- Plan, organize, and manage your work to achieve project goals.
- While this is not a management role, guiding and influencing multidisciplinary teams is essential.
Experience
- At least 7 years in a similar role within a consultancy, creative agency, or related B2B industry.
- Good understanding of B2B sectors, especially client-centric growth, ABM, and consultancy services.
- Operational knowledge of CMS, project management, AI tools for content creation, and martech used in content distribution.
