Job summary

Citi Services in London seeks a Director, Client Content Lead– Client Advisory to own end-to-end content strategy for Partnership & Innovation and emerging commerce. You will shape thought leadership, ecosystem positioning, and client-facing content across channels, influencing institutional client decisions.

Lead a content team, collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and deliver high-quality output in a hybrid setup with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in content strategy, thought leadership, or content management in complex regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence client mindshare and commercial outcomes through content.
• Experience leading and managing multiple workstreams and teams.
• Exceptional written and editorial skills translating complex concepts for senior institutional audiences.
• Experience syncing content with sales, product, marketing, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Citi Services' content strategy for P&I and Innovation.
• Plan, produce, and distribute thought leadership content across channels.
• Advise senior stakeholders on narratives resonating with client priorities.
• Drive cross-functional content collaboration to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Develop client-centric perspectives and translate them into engaging content.
• Manage and develop a content team, prioritising editorial standards.
• Track market trends to keep content agenda credible and relevant.
