We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive content strategy and execution, aligning with our corporate marketing and demand generation goals. You'll play a crucial role in boosting organic pipeline growth by leveraging key pillars of our marketing strategy to create and optimize content that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads. You will also collaborate closely with GTM and product teams to ensure the content aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target market. What you'll be doing

1. You manage an editorial calendar that supports the marketing strategy and business goals.
2. You plan, create, and publish clear, data-driven content (website, articles, guides, success stories, video scripts, newsletters, etc.).
3. You ensure content is tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey (TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU) and meets SEO best practices.
4. You collaborate with the Content and Demand Generation teams to create high-value content that drives organic pipeline growth.
5. You leverage keyword research and data to shape the content strategy and improve search engine rankings.
6. You conduct diligent proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality.

The qualities you'll need for a successful career at DataGuard

1. You are an English native speaker or have near-native proficiency, German a nice to have.
2. You have 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
3. You are creative and adept with words - you know how to craft impactful content that aligns with each stage of the buyer’s journey.
4. You have a strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
5. You have strong research, storytelling and communication skills.
6. You are receptive to feedback and effectively collaborate with teammates.
7. You can develop and adjust a content strategy based on data, product and GTM team feedback, and market insights.
8. You have strong linguistic and grammatical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
9. You can use a CMS/DXP to publish content and various tools to assess content performance.
