The Role

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to support our growth into new markets. This role involves creating high-quality marketing and thought leadership content to engage M&A professionals. Responsibilities include producing editorial and multimedia content, supporting distribution assets (emails, landing pages, social media), and enhancing awareness and engagement across marketing and sales channels. The role reports to the Content Director and suits a creative, autonomous individual with a revenue-oriented mindset, ideally based in the UK.

What You Will Do

1. Copywriting for various formats and channels (articles, reports, white papers, interviews, webinars) targeting UK/US audiences.
2. Supporting the marketing team with copy for case studies, landing pages, event materials, and emails.
3. Managing content projects from start to finish, collaborating with design and marketing teams.
4. Generating ideas for content assets by analyzing industry news and trends.
5. Working with internal and external experts to deliver insights into the M&A industry.
6. Managing social media content calendars and creation.
7. Tracking content performance using analytics tools.

What We Look For

1. 5+ years of relevant B2B content creation experience, preferably in Financial Media and SaaS.
2. Creativity and ability to develop original content that boosts brand authority and engagement.
3. Versatility in copywriting styles, including advertising, journalism, and conversion-focused content.
4. Proficiency with content management tools and platforms.
5. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.

Nice To Have

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in journalism or PR.

Our Interview Process

Includes portfolio review, initial interview, a work sample/test (~4 hours), a competency interview, and a final interview with the hiring manager. We aim to simulate real work tasks and share clear expectations at each stage.
