Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Limited in London is seeking a Senior Analyst for Content Analytics on a fixed-term 7‑month contract. You will join the Disney+ Analytics & Insights EMEA team, delivering timely insights, dashboards and stakeholder-ready recommendations to optimise content and engagement.

Based in London with 4 days in the office and one remote day, you will collaborate with Programming, Product and Marketing partners across EMEA to drive data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical insight experience.
• Extensive SQL experience, data visualization and dashboards (Looker).
• Strong statistical methods knowledge with practical application.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Top-class analytical mindset with QA and strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Autonomous, multi-project delivery with deadlines.
• Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely analysis and insight to support Content Programming, Merchandising, Marketing and Product teams in EMEA.
• Utilise advanced analytics to understand user behaviour and content performance.
• Present clear results with implications and actions to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to monitor key metrics.
• Support training to adopt self-serve data insights and data-led decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Analytics and business teams.
• Manage requests efficiently and deliver analyses on time.
