Job summary

Audible is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead Content Analytics across Europe, partnering with senior Content leadership to shape insights that drive strategy. You will design reporting frameworks, transform multi-source data into actionable recommendations, and ensure data quality within the Content domain.

You will own end-to-end analyses, develop executive narratives and dashboards, mentor peers, and collaborate with data scientists and BI engineers to scale self-serve analytics for

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and BI tool skills for dashboards and analyses.
• Experience in data-driven roles delivering end-to-end analytics.
• Content-domain experience in books or digital media preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to present insights to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex business problems and partner with senior Content leadership.
• Design end-to-end reporting processes tracking KPIs and enable self-serve data.
• Develop concise narratives and visualizations for executives (MBR/QBR/6-pagers).
• Apply deep content domain expertise across production, distribution, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with European Content teams to align regional and Global strategy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, BI engineers, product managers to align analytics.
• Drive data governance, onboard new data sources, and ensure metric consistency.
• Mentor peers and document reporting methodologies clearly.
