Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Speech Analyst in the UK to design, implement and maintain reports and dashboards that analyze customer contact trends and categories. You will leverage Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks to deliver timely insights and drive performance.

The role requires strong data modeling, stakeholder collaboration and the ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks.
Strong understanding of data structures and data models to support reporting.
Experience with Amazon Connect Customer (AWS Connect).
Ability to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with product managers, engineers, VUX teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to translate them into data models aligned with goals.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and glossaries to define data elements and usage.
Monitor data usage patterns to identify opportunities for data optimization and improvement.
Define strategic architecture and product selection for reporting platforms.
Produce logical designs showing processes, data flows, inputs and outputs.
Document data architecture standards, principles and strategies.
