Gen Digital in London is seeking a Consumer Insights & Strategy Partner to guide growth by connecting customer understanding with market dynamics and commercial performance. You will shape portfolio choices, propositions and customer experience priorities by collaborating with senior stakeholders across Cyber Safety and Trust-based Solutions.

You will act as a critical voice of the customer in leadership forums, frame key questions, and translate diverse inputs into clear, actionable narratives

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer insight, strategy, consulting or closely related field.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on major strategic or commercial decisions.
• Experience synthesising multiple data and insight sources into concise, decision-ready outputs.
• Demonstrated impact turning insight into action influencing products, experiences or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Segment Lead / Brand Lead and their virtual leadership team on segment strategy, performance, customer base and competitive context.
• Frame and refine critical business questions (portfolio choices, proposition direction, target audiences, pricing/packaging, experience priorities).
• Synthesize evidence from multiple sources into clear strategic recommendations for the business.
• Develop compelling narratives, presentations and workshops to move from evidence to decision.
• Ensure insight programmes translate into tangible actions with measurable outcomes.
