Job Description:

Opus has partnered with a renowned ServiceNow partner across the UK & EU, specializing in GRC & Sec-Ops implementations. They are expanding organically following a series of successful projects.

The company supports medium-enterprise clients in the Public Sector, financial services, and insurance industries. They are preparing to start a new wave of projects in January with both repeat and new clients.

This role is suited for someone driven by customer success, ensuring projects are tailored to client needs and delivered with excellence. You will act as the face of the business, gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, understanding the full scope, and managing all aspects of development and configuration for each project.

  1. 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  2. Strong understanding of Sec-Ops/IRM/GRC module implementations
  3. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
  4. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  5. Competence in development, design, and build processes
  6. Proficiency with Java, HTML, CSS, Python
  7. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  8. Solution design experience is desirable
  9. ServiceNow CSA & CAD certifications are highly desirable
