Qualifications

• Must have experience solving problems across technical domains (e.g., architecture, transformation, agile/devops, cloud, SAP/ERP).
• Experience working with multiple IT solutions.
• Ability to inspire and motivate both technical and non-technical teams toward a common goal.
• Hands-on with the ability to manage multiple client priorities; demonstrates curiosity and solution development.
• Experience delivering IT Strategy projects for Public Sector agencies is a positive advantage.
• Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain it to work on UK Public Sector clients.

Responsibilities

• As Senior Consultant, play a strategic role in addressing client priorities and shaping deliverables.
• Manage and oversee workstreams, mentor junior staff, and align engagement objectives with market context.
• Act as client’s go-to person to ensure mutual understanding of approach, timeline and day-to-day activities.
• Identify new ways to help clients and contribute to Industry/Practice communities.
