Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving two days per week at one of our Risk Hubs.

About this opportunity:

Join us during an exciting period as we establish a new operating model for non-financial risk management across the Group. This role involves supporting the development of a Conduct & Compliance centre of excellence, providing high-quality analysis of Conduct & Compliance Risks, and implementing policies to achieve customer, regulatory, and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Risk and Control teams to support Conduct & Compliance Risk management.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven risk control objectives.
  3. Assist in the execution of control measures to meet objectives.
  4. Support oversight plans to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
  5. Manage actions related to Conduct & Compliance Risk events and breaches, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK regulations affecting Motor Finance, especially CONC, PROD, and Consumer Duty.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and complex information.
  • Ability to develop risk oversight plans and communicate findings clearly.
  • Growth mindset, responsibility, and ability to inspire others.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in business partnering within a Retail Specialist role.
  • Inclusive working style and awareness of documentation importance.
