Qualifications

• Several years' experience in management consulting in Public Sector.
• Experience delivering transformation/change projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage workstreams and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Local Government and public sector transformation programmes.
• Develop strategies, operating models, business cases and implementation plans.
• Analyse data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Support service redesign including technology-enabled transformation.
• Manage defined workstreams and coordinate activity to timelines.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and reports.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to account development.
