Job summary

Alchemmy is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our expanding Public Sector practice, delivering projects within secure government organisations across the UK. The role offers meaningful responsibility, collaboration, and development opportunities in a supportive, down-to-earth culture.

You will lead transformation workstreams, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions with measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, workshop facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, curious, values-led approach and commitment to improving public sector outcomes.
• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Business Change, or other consulting experience (desirable).
• Experience working in UK secure government organisations (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on complex transformation and delivery programmes.
• Engage diverse stakeholder groups, from technical delivery teams to operational end users, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Deliver practical solutions that create measurable outcomes for clients.
• Develop your consulting skills through training and engaging with the wider Alchemmy community.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as marketing, recruitment, wellbeing, proposals, and practice development.
