Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned consultant to lead transformation programmes for Local Public Services, focusing on operating model design, technology solutions, and business transformation.

You will manage multiple client engagements, reporting to Senior Managers, build strong client relationships with councils, housing associations and charities, and help drive evidence-based operating models across social care and housing functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation programmes to Local Public Services clients across the country.
• Proactively assist in managing several clients while reporting to Senior Managers and Managers.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of personal and team technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Help clients solve business issues from identification through full implementation.
• Work with Councils, Housing Associations, Charities and devolved Governments to transform organisation-wide operations.
• Use evidence and technology-enabled operating models to support client transformation.
• Focus on transforming client functions such as Social Care and Housing.
