Job summary

EY in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our People Consulting team, helping leading financial institutions with organisation design, workforce strategy, employee experience and culture transformation. You will lead workstreams, build trusted stakeholder relationships and develop evidence-based recommendations to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Ability to design and deliver structured analyses and reports.
• Strong communication across senior stakeholders and teams.
• Experience leading or contributing to multi-workstream projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across workforce and people transformation engagements, applying strong consulting, analytical and project management skills.
• Design and deliver solutions across organisation design, workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, change, communications, culture and employee experience.
• Manage delivery activities including planning, governance, status reporting, risks and issues, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
• Build trusted client relationships and produce high-quality deliverables, reports and communications.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and broader business development, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to initiatives that support the growth of People Consulting and the wider EY business.
