Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Consultant for Health within People Consulting, focusing on workforce transformation, digital transformation, and change management for health and care organisations across NHS providers and ICSs.

You will contribute to programmes across workforce transformation, operating models, culture and employee experience, partnering with clients and senior leaders to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related subject or equivalent experience.
• Professional services experience in a healthcare context.
• In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends.

Senior Consultant, Health, People Consulting

Overview

Organisations across the health and care sector are facing unprecedented workforce challenges driven by increasing demand, workforce shortages, financial pressures, digital transformation and changing patient expectations. Within People Consulting, we help health and care organisations put people at the centre of transformation, ensuring they have the workforce, capabilities, operating models and culture required to deliver sustainable improvement.

As part of our Health Workforce Transformation & People Experience team, you will work alongside experienced consultants and healthcare leaders to support clients across NHS providers, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), national bodies and the wider health ecosystem.

You will contribute to the delivery of transformation programmes across areas including:

• Future Workforce & Strategic Workforce Planning

Key Responsibilities

Location:

This role is based in London or one our EY’s regional offices. National travel will be required as will travel to our EY Headquarters.
