Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to lead process transformation initiatives, delivering high-quality outputs for clients across sectors. You will apply Lean Six-Sigma, BPMN modelling, and SAP Signavio/ARIS to optimise operations and drive measurable improvements.

You will contribute to business development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pursue continuous learning to advance capabilities within a fast-paced, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Consulting experience delivering or leading workstreams on process optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding and client project experience of using process transformation/optimisation tools and approaches (e.g., continuous improvement, Lean Six-Sigma, process re-engineering).
• Experience with SAP Signavio/ARIS or similar BPM platforms.
• Excellent understanding of BPM and ability to model processes (BPMN) to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a stream of work on client projects and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Develop and maintain a long-term learning and development plan for your role.
• Support business development activities including proposals, RFPs, and client pitches.
• Contribute to internal campaigns, think-tanks, and practice development.
• Participate in learning and certifications to advance skills.
