Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide global organizations through Shared Services adoption, ERP implementation, and AI-driven process transformation across finance, HR, and supply chain.

You will design future-state operating models, drive readiness activities, and deliver scalable solutions while partnering with clients to achieve operational excellence. Hybrid work is supported across the UK, including Glasgow.

Qualifications

• ERP platforms SAP, Oracle, Workday and their integrations.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and enablement tools.
• Design user-focused training and support models.
• Proven ability to drive sustained behavioural change and system utilization.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery for large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Guiding global organizations through adoption, optimization, and innovation of Shared Services models.
• Lead ERP transformation and adoption initiatives within Global Business Services (GBS).
• Drive readiness and adoption across large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Leverage AI tools to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Design stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning strategies.
• Develop training and enablement models to improve system utilization.
• Manage iterative rollouts, pilots, and adoption plans with governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capabilities with business goals.
