Senior Consultant - ESG & Sustainability

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in ESG & Sustainability to join our team. RSM is experiencing significant demand for ESG consultancy services, and we are looking to expand our team to meet this growth.

Overall Job Purpose

As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver ESG consulting engagements, contribute to business development, and help develop our ESG methodologies. You will work closely with clients, establishing trust and credibility, and will be involved in winning new work and service development.

Key responsibilities include delivering value-added ESG projects, building effective relationships, and supporting practice management activities such as networking, campaign targeting, and case study development.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong academic record, preferably with a business focus, post-graduate level preferred.
• Experience in Sustainability Strategy, Governance, Risk Management, Performance Management, ESG Strategy, supply chain risk, financial and ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CSRD), ESG transformation planning, and assurance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Alignment with RSM’s core values: excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• MBA or MSc in ESG/Sustainability or relevant postgraduate qualification, such as CFA ESG certification.
• Experience in project/programme management.
• Practical experience working within an ESG function.
