Lockton is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead service delivery for major client accounts within the People Solutions practice in London. You will retain and grow a portfolio, provide expert consulting to ensure client needs are met, and drive renewal income and new business targets.

You will mentor junior team members, build capability, and foster a high-performance culture while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• CII GR1 and IF7 qualifications are required; a certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of risk and healthcare markets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
