Job summary

CMap Group is seeking a Senior Consultant in Manchester to lead complex client engagements end-to-end, owning relationships and directing outcomes. You’ll bring a consulting background, apply it to real client results, and influence project delivery with senior stakeholders.

You will guide teams, shape best practices, and demonstrate credible communication with C-suite clients while contributing to our consulting practice’s growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ professional consulting experience.
• Experience managing senior, global client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible with C-suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how AI and technology reshape professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead client engagements end-to-end, from scoping through to successful delivery.
• Act as the senior, trusted voice for clients — including at C-suite level.
• Bring genuine business context to every engagement — understanding not just what a client’s business does, but why it works the way it does.
• Help shape how CMap’s Consulting team delivers, contributing to best practice as the team grows.
• Support and set an example for less experienced colleagues on the team.
