Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead AI-enabled transformation deliveries. You will orchestrate PMO governance, manage client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and shape end-to-end solutions across agile and waterfall contexts.

Based in a hybrid role with flexible working, you will develop business cases, designs and rollout plans, partnering with Capgemini and client teams to drive measurable outcomes and sustained value.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and operating PMO governance across portfolios, programmes and projects.
• Ability to maintain RAID logs with clear ownership, actions and escalation paths.
• Skill to identify and manage complex dependencies across programs, vendors and business units.
• Experience producing accurate, transparent, evidence-based delivery reporting.
• Proficiency with modern tools such as PowerBI/PowerApps to create reports for stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Strong interface with client stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
• Ability to analyze existing processes and identify improvements.
• Experience leading small project teams and coordinating with third party vendors.
• Ability to architect delivery solutions using Waterfall or Agile.
• Delivery expertise to translate into opportunities to sell Capgemini Invent work.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI-enabled initiatives with measurable client outcomes.

• Collaborate with Capgemini Invent and client teams to scope business models and design digital transformations.
• Drive rollouts and adoption of new capabilities across organisations.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, bids, and client engagement.
