Job summary

CMap Group in Manchester is seeking a Consultant to guide client projects from start to finish, helping them adopt the CMap platform to run their business more effectively.

You will partner with client stakeholders, lead workstreams across implementation and adoption, and build credibility with senior leaders. The role offers a collaborative, high-output environment with exposure to diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Several years' professional consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
• Track record of building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about how businesses work.
• Interest in how technology and AI are changing professional services.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business, not just software.
• Lead workstreams across implementation, configuration, and adoption of the CMap platform.
• Build credibility with senior client stakeholders.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems and help clients navigate change.
• Work closely with the wider Consulting team to continuously sharpen how we deliver.
