Job summary

CMap is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex client engagements from scoping to delivery. You will act as the trusted voice for clients and C-suite stakeholders, bringing deep consulting craft and business insight to every engagement.

You will help shape how the Consulting team delivers, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across departments to ensure measurable value for clients while supporting business growth in Manchester.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ professional consulting experience, ideally including work with senior or global clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible in front of senior stakeholders (C-suite).
• Ability to understand client business context and translate into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead client engagements end-to-end, from scoping through to successful delivery.
• Act as the senior, trusted voice for clients — including at C-suite level.
• Bring genuine business context to every engagement and understand why its works.
• Help shape how CMap’s Consulting team delivers, contributing to best practice as the team grows.
• Support and set an example for less experienced colleagues on the team.
