Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment or sales, preferably 360 recruiter experience.
• Strong billing history and ability to win new business.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own desk.

• Build and maintain client relationships; win new business and manage candidate flow.
• Deliver consistently high billing through proactive prospecting and market knowledge.
