Qualifications

• Experience in project management within the construction industry, delivering complex projects.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects whilst managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Overseeing risk management processes and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Managing and mentoring project teams, creating a high-performance culture that supports professional development.
• Preparing and presenting reports on project performance, progress, and financial status to senior management.
