Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead in the UK to drive projects from estimate through close‑out, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met on complex facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and 10–15+ years of experience, with 25% travel and client-site assignments. You will supervise Engineers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents across design, compliance, and subcontractor teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent technical degree.
10–15+ years of experience in Project Delivery or related field.

Responsibilities

Leads project from estimate through close-out documentation.
Manages delivery of projects and ensures cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Develops and maintains budgets, schedules, procurement strategy, and controls scope and quality.
Oversees activities of Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Site Superintendents.
Coordinates between design, construction, compliance, client, and subcontractor teams.
Manages client interactions and fosters strong relationships.
Identifies risks and works with leadership to mitigate them.
