Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience leading medium to large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and relationship management with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in planning, reporting and document management systems, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, surveying, or PM; chartered membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle including scope, delivery strategy, governance, programmes, budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and chair meetings to drive decisions and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage programmes, monitor critical paths, budgets, cash flow and change control.
• Lead procurement activities and manage contracts (JCT/NEC) with consultants/contractors.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and quality, ensuring CDM 2015 compliance and governance.
• Coordinate approvals, records, handover documents and maintenance information.
