Job summary

Kendall Kingscott Ltd is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex, high-value developments from inception to completion, providing strategic direction, leadership and commercial oversight to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role offers autonomy in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a focus on long-term project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and relationship management across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: scope, governance, programmes, budgets and success criteria.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams: architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project programmes, monitor critical paths and budgets; manage risks and changes.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and performance management of consultants/contractors; manage contracts (JCT/NEC).
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and quality; ensure CDM 2015 compliance and governance procedures.
• Coordinate planning approvals, Building Regulations, and handover documents.
