Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Project Director to lead high-value UK projects from Bristol. The role focuses on safe, on-time delivery to clients and robust financial performance, reporting to the Operations Director.

You will manage an operational team, oversee budgets, engage with clients and subcontractors, and uphold company policies. The position offers a competitive package and career progression within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive construction sector knowledge and experience.
• Leadership of diverse teams on large projects.
• Knowledge of Design & Build, JCT and NEC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relations.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business interests internally and externally.
• Ensure health, safety, environment and quality standards are followed.
• Lead the operations team and maintain morale and resources.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports for Operations Review Meetings and the board.
• Oversee project budgets and expenditure to meet financial targets.
• Conduct site visits and review monthly CVR progress and finances.
• Escalate live project risks to the Construction Director and implement actions.
• Manage contractual notices, records and documentation.
• Assist business development and bid negotiations to win new work.
• Utilise subcontractors to improve SHEQ and delivery standards.
• Support company culture and strategic planning.
• Expand the Sub-Contractor supply chain with high-standard partners.
• Lead regional workshops with supply chain to drive improvements.
• Support attainment of CSR targets and Considerate Contracts Scheme obligations.
