Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join a leading Property Consultancy in Leeds. You will take full responsibility for a portfolio of projects from pre‑contract through to final account, managing client relationships and delivering projects to time and budget.

As a senior professional you will contribute to business development, participate in networking events and help drive growth toward Associate level, while upholding the company’s strong reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• Have a relevant degree.
• Have experience working as a Project Manager on either the Client, Contractor or Consultancy side.
• Have experience working on projects within Property.
• Have good communication and client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of a number of projects from pre contract to final account.
• Take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion.
• Get involved in business development and represent the company at networking events and meetings.
