Job summary

Cento seeks a Construction Project Manager in Lincolnshire to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. You will supervise site and office activities, drive safety, quality, and budget adherence, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

With at least 10 years in construction and an SMSTS qualification, you will lead teams, manage programmes, and report progress to the Construction Division Lead. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Programme Management: Develop and manage project programmes across multiple construction projects.
• Contractor & Supplier Management: Procure and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Budget & Commercial Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets and report financial performance.
• Health, Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and standards.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead teams and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
