Job summary

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Milford Haven to deliver high‑value construction projects for a leading Tier 1 main contractor. The role requires demonstrating experience of managing complex and technical schemes over £80m, with responsibility for time, cost, quality and performance within NEC frameworks.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, drive safety and quality standards, and manage subcontractors and supply chain

Qualifications

• CSCS card required
• SMSTS required
• Proven experience managing projects of this size
• Strong H&S management and site coordination skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics and programme delivery
• Contractor & Supply Chain Management experience
• Professional & Technical Excellence
