Job summary

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Milford Haven to deliver high‑value construction projects for a leading Tier 1 main contractor. The role requires demonstrating experience of managing complex and technical schemes over £80m, with responsibility for time, cost, quality and performance within NEC frameworks.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, drive safety and quality standards, and manage subcontractors and supply chain

Job description

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in Milford Haven for a leading Tier 1 main contractor.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and delivering complex & technical construction projects over the value of £80m against a broad range of programme and project management functional competences. You will be responsible for delivering design and construction projects to agreed time, cost, quality and performance parameters, operating within NEC contract frameworks and ensuring compliance with NEC processes, obligations and commercial requirements. Proactive Contract Management to maintain a productive working relationship with industry partners and suppliers, monitoring their performance in terms of quality, time, cost and reliability. A demonstrable experience in successfully managing the delivery of high value, high profile construction projects.
