Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Construction Planning Manager to lead construction-led planning for major rail and complex infrastructure projects across the UK. The role focuses on end-to-end project controls, construction readiness and portfolio visibility from tender through to handover and test.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, managers and clients, developing robust programmes, dashboards and performance metrics. NEC contract experience and P6 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading construction-focused planning for large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to develop tender and live construction programmes.
• Strong proficiency in EVM and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction programme ownership and reporting for projects.
• Develop, update and communicate construction readiness plans.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and construction teams.
• Provide visual dashboards showing milestones, progress and risks.
