Job summary

McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking a Senior Planner to develop and monitor construction programmes, tender submissions, and logistics plans. You will work with the planning team, bid directors and delivery teams to ensure schedule integrity and value delivery on high-value projects.

The role emphasizes accurate data, stakeholder communication, and on-site coordination, with travel as required to support bids and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing tender submissions and project programmes.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / Asta PowerProject and related software.
• Ability to communicate planning logic clearly to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for tender and project support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor programme data and tender schedules.
• Create short- and long-term project programmes and logistics plans.
• Review drawings, specs and bills to derive robust programme solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams on progress, risks and changes.
• Present programme impacts and critical path analysis to management.
