Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking a Senior Planner (Airfields & Civils) to shape delivery schedules for a £50m+ project portfolio. You will mentor junior planners, optimize resources, and collaborate across teams to keep projects on track in a live airport environment.

The role combines office-based planning with a hybrid setup: three days in the office, two days remote, with a focus on delivering complex programmes in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Planner on projects usually above £20m.
• Possession of a relevant STEM/construction qualification or demonstrable analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage robust delivery schedules with clear targets and interfaces.
• Engage with contractors, project managers, engineers and subcontractors on project status.
• Provide technical advice on scheduling best practices and project objectives.
• Monitor schedules and contribute to risk management and recovery plans.
