Qualifications

• Extensive construction industry experience is required.
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

• Blend people with the right skills and competency to deliver projects/portfolios.
• Drive talent development and workforce planning for a future-ready team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners and supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Align and manage resources across projects with senior leadership.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery stays on track and meets objectives.
• Strengthen supplier and stakeholder relationships for cost-effective delivery.
