Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to deliver a CAT A fit-out across seven floors in Central London. This temporary, 20-week role sits on an £8m scheme, handling first fix to handover and tight logistics in a high-profile site.

You will lead sequencing across floors, maintain programme momentum, and coordinate logistics, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating design with the team.

Senior Construction Manager – CAT A Fit-Out

£290–£350 per day

I’m working with a highly regarded fit-out contractor on an £8m CAT A scheme in the heart of Central London, and they need an experienced Senior Construction Manager to take ownership of delivery across all seven floors.

It’s a 20 week programme with a tight timeline and a genuinely challenging logistics picture. Reporting into the Project Manager, you’ll run the site day to day and keep all seven floors moving in step, from first fix through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the sequencing of works across multiple floors and keeping trades flowing smoothly
• Keeping the programme on track from first fix through to handover
• Planning and managing site logistics in a constrained Central London environment, including deliveries, vertical access and working around neighbours
• Being a confident, trusted face for the client, building strong relationships and keeping them informed throughout
• Driving design coordination with the design team and specialist subcontractors, resolving issues before they reach site
