Senior Construction Manager 8m CAT A Fit Out Central London

We're working with a highly regarded fit out contractor on an 8m CAT A scheme in the heart of Central London, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to take ownership of delivery across all seven floors.

The project

This is a 20 week programme with a tight timeline and a genuinely challenging logistics picture. Reporting into the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for running the site day to day and keeping all seven floors moving in step, from first fix through to handover.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead the sequencing of works across multiple floors, making sure trades flow smoothly and the programme stays on track. You'll plan and manage site logistics in a constrained central London environment, including deliveries, vertical access and working around neighbours. You'll be a confident, trusted face for the client, building strong relationships and keeping them informed throughout. You'll also drive design coordination, working closely with the design team and specialist subcontractors to resolve issues before they reach site.

What we're looking for

You'll have a proven track record delivering CAT A fit out projects in Central London, ideally on fast track programmes. Experience managing logistically complex sites is essential. You'll be exceptional at sequencing and able to see the whole building, not just the floor you're standing on. Just as importantly, you'll keep a level head under pressure; when the programme gets tight, you're the calm voice on site. Strong client facing skills and a solid grounding in design coordination will set you apart.
