Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple UK projects from our Northamptonshire HQ, with travel across the country. You will shape the construction function, establish standards and deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking and a strong delivery focus to enable continued growth within a specialist airport infrastructure business.

• Senior Construction Leader with technical credibility, strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a delivery focus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing senior leadership across multiple concurrent UK construction projects.
• Developing and implementing construction standards, governance and delivery strategy.
• Leading and developing Project Managers, Site Managers and wider delivery teams.
• Driving programme, safety, quality, productivity and commercial performance.
• Overseeing design coordination, buildability and construction readiness through RIBA Stages 0-7.
• Integrating off-site manufacture, modular construction and DfMA into delivery where appropriate.
• Managing complex interfaces across design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction.
• Ensuring safe and effective delivery within live airport and operational environments.
• Building strong relationships with clients, airport operators, contractors and senior stakeholders.
• Providing construction expertise across pre-construction, tenders, business development and strategic growth.
• Driving continuous improvement, lessons learned and the development of a scalable construction function.
