Qualifications

• At least 5 years' post-qualified experience in Construction and Engineering.
• Experience advising on a range of construction matters and related contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and advising on contract terms proposed to clients.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, appointments and ancillary documents.
• Interacting with clients and other advisors, in person or via Teams.
• Handling high-value, complex matters across regional and national projects.
