Interlink Talent Solutions is assisting an award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Associate for its Manchester team. The role covers advising a varied client base across development and construction matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, with pragmatic, commercially focused guidance.

Qualifications

Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and development agreements.
Experience working with developers, contractors and other stakeholders.
PQE 2-6 years ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on non-contentious construction matters, including development projects.
Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts and development agreements.
Work closely with developers, contractors and other stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Support the wider team with business development and client relationship management, contributing to growth of the practice.
