Job summary

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate to join its Construction Insurance team. The role targets professionals with 6+ years PQE, advising insurers on construction coverage, and will sit within the firm’s national Insurance Disputes practice.

Candidates may be based in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Norwich and work from one of the offices under a hybrid model. You will join a respected, National team with strong industry ties and a client base spanning major insurers and

Qualifications

• Strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
• Experience in private practice or in-house with insurers is preferred.
• Solid experience advising insurers on construction coverage.

Responsibilities

• Act for construction professionals including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Work with insurers to advise on construction coverage and related disputes.
• Collaborate with regional teams and partners within the Insurance Disputes group.
