BCL Legal seeks a Construction & Engineering Solicitor in Manchester to join a leading international practice. You will handle high-value projects across energy, infrastructure, redevelopment and development schemes, advising on contracts, procurement and project structures.

You will work closely with senior Partners, leveraging the firm’s global reach and client base, including FTSE 100 utilities and developers, on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex construction matters.
• Experience with energy and infrastructure projects.
• Commercially minded with client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-value construction and development projects across energy, infra and real estate.
• Advise on contracts including JCT, NEC and FIDIC.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers to serve sophisticated clients.
• Support project finance and development structures for large-scale schemes.
