Surbana Jurong's Birmingham office is seeking an Associate to lead its Construction Engineering Team and drive project delivery for infrastructure and complex structures. You will mentor staff, develop junior engineers, and collaborate with Directors, clients, and designers to grow the UK practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Member of the IStructE or ICE, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience with progressive responsibility.
• ≥2 years in design and design development, including coordination and review.
• ≥2 years in account or client management, building relationships and supporting fee and delivery.
• Client-facing experience with ability to manage relationships and commercial delivery.
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing teams.
• Familiarity with computational design workflows.
• Experience in nuclear, rail, or water infrastructure projects is advantageous.

• Motivate and lead project teams, provide supervision and career development.
• Promote the company to existing and prospective clients and manage client liaison.
• Take an active role in all projects, develop concept design, review design documents, manage sub-consultants, and oversee interfaces.
