Qualifications

• 3-6 years PQE in contentious construction disputes.
• Experience at a leading insurance and/or construction law firm.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advising on litigation, arbitration, and adjudications.
• Handling proceedings before the TCC and other forums.
• Collaborating with real estate and non-contentious teams.

Skills

3-6 years' PQE in construction disputes

Experience at a leading insurance and/or construction law firm

Strong working knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts

Familiarity with adjudication and TCC procedures

Exposure to international arbitration rules

Fire safety experience
